Paid-Internships in French Fine Dining Restaurants

3 Paid-Internships provided by SHG Lyon

In each of the 3-years curriculum, students undergo a paid internship over a 6-month period.   

The remuneration depends on the country where the hotel is located and may include accommodation and meals. In any case,  internship opportunities offered by SHG Lyon are always in French Fine Dining Restaurants for this FG Bachelor. Transportation expenses to the internship destination are usually born by students.

During and after each internship, students are evaluated and graded by the restaurant. Following each internship, students will write a report as evidence that he/she has fully mastered the internship's objective.

NEXT INTAKE: SEPTEMBER 2019

If you start in September 2019, see below your schedule for the coming 3 years. It is the perfect program to become a Chef. You will learn basics on Year 1, then step by step you will learn all about management, thus you can be a good manager as well. 

Admissions & Fees

Requirements

  • Fill in the application form (click below to: SHG Application Form)
  • Motivation letter (at least 500 words)
  • Interview (via Skype or Face to Face with one of our admission officers)
  • High School Degree (Baccalauréat / Maturité)

Fees

  • Tuitions fee: EUR 9'750 / Year or EUR 870 / Month (Monthly payments only for local students having a French Bank Account and French Guarantors)
  • Administration fee: EUR 250 / Year
  • Uniform Kit: EUR 400 / Year


Important: All fees must only be paid to the school bank account directly, never to agents, neither to Rep. Offices.
